2019 Book List

2019 Book List

A few years ago I started the practice of recording books as I read them and it’s always fun to start my year off remembering all the books I’ve read and reflecting on my favorites. After years of always being asked what books I read and titles floating away from my brain the second I needed to answer, it’s also quite handy to have a note in my phone to refer to. If you’re goal oriented like me, perhaps you also get joy seeing the reading list number grow as you mark of your accomplishments. When I started recording I had to remind myself it wasn’t the number I read and racing through to be done, but instead enjoying the content and reflecting on what was read. Sometimes I even throw in a fiction book, just to mix things up a little bit and not have a book feel like a challenge. Here’s the complete 2019 list of books I read, some I’d read again, some never again, and some of my favorites are pictured. As you look through, books are in order read during the year, with January starting at the top of the list.
